Some Lessons to get to 39.

🎂Last weekend I turned 39. I'll tell you, there are a few things I like about turning 39.

What takes some people less time to learn, we all have a path, background, circumstances, and situations that weave us and our experiences.

My 30s in motherhood and career were an intense and transformative time. These experiences don't define us but are a part of us.

We experience our motherhood journeys, our careers, and our lives uniquely. Age is defined by what we make of it.

🎂You can feel crappy at age 28 and amazing at 49 or 85 years old. It's all about how you feel.

Sometimes we do have a bit of control about how we tend to our wellbeing and I can say that I feel truly excited about being 39 and headed into my 40s.

I feel a sense of being grounded and secure in the next chapter ahead. After nearly 9 years of being in childbearing years, often running on low energy and fumes in ways that weren't aligned, the formula has finally seen its day around crafting a daily lifestyle that works for me and my family. It is one with more daily presence, gratitude, and peace than operation rat race.

Just a few of my lessons and learnings along the way and I'm truly excited about what's to come in my 40's. If any of these 39 lessons land with you, show some love in the comments.

For me, many of them happened in small moments and through the years. Keep growing and finding the path that lights you up. Your flicker is waiting for you and it's always there inside.
