Stepping into a new vibration

Since the pandemic started in March, I have done A TON of self work.

I have gotten up every day to do yoga at 6 am and have not missed a day.

I have started EFT tapping to start my mornings off right.

I have done acupuncture every week since June (the re-opening)

I have eaten nutritious foods the best I can (with some brownies and salt and vinegar chips here and there)

I have networked with so many people the last few months, casting out lines.

I have created a blog for me for my creative side.

I have listened to others.

I have prayed.

I have meditated.

I have re-gained energy I have lost over the past 9 months.

I have stepped into my authentic self.

I have watched meltdowns from my kids and made dance parties this week that feel glorious.

I have watched a crowded house of "stuff" and "toys" and taken time to move a few things out to create some space.

I have sat with difficult emotions.

I have fought the good fight in arguments with my husband from seeing each each other 24 hours a day. I have walked through other arguments that also need to be addressed.

I am showing up.

I am stepping into the second half of 2020 with all my mamma groups.

Showing up every damn minute and I'm not stopping.

I am lighting up every area I can.

I am paving the new path.

Today I met with a contact that I had from interviewing from January (not the hiring manager) but another colleague on the team. It went well.

I had a feeling today when I was out for a walk. It is my time.

It has arrived. I am ready.

I am ready to receive.

I am grateful for all those that have been on this journey with me.

Day in day out. Every minute.

We rise one woman at a time.

Sometimes it may feel like you're in the trenches, and other times, the fire is lit.

I am so grateful for this shift and just wanted to share with you smokin' working mothers! It feels so AMAZING to have cleaned up so many internal closets!
