First Day of Summer. New Website. Flow and Freedom.

Today is the first day of summer and I am revealing my new website to my community and I’m ecstatic  about it! Summer is a time I come alive.  I love the feeling of slowing down, of freedom, of gathering, of enjoying the beach and beautiful weather.  It feels like so much is blossoming and we are getting into a new rhythm of our lives now.  For some upgrading.  For others still in transition.  Wherever you are on the path, know that better days are coming.

I remember the distinct moment on January 20, 2021, inauguration day. I took the leap to share with my Linkedin community and networks that it was the perfect moment to introduce myself to you with an important pivot, passion, and enthusiastic energy in the new year. I still have a great feeling even some months later of this step that I took to help serve working moms through Coaching.

The mission of my work and business is to connect, create, and support the working parent space with abundance, grace and compassion so that working parents can thrive in their homes, workplaces and communities.

So in order for my vision to come alive through, I had the honor and privilege to working alongside Anna Petras at Anna Petras Photography

We branded. We uplifted. We transformed this year.  @Village Coach Mamma was born from my deep calling to help working moms find the rhythm of life that works for them personally and professionally and that means putting wellbeing in their life everyday, not as a singular event.  My coaching practice supports #workingmoms that are ready to commit to themselves and put wellbeing back in their lives.

When you set a vision for yourself, you create and make your path forward.

Below are some of the elements that I created to bring together my purpose. Our lives and phases of life are like a Masterpiece painting.  This is the phase of life where I have created mine. I hope you can take a peek into the elements of transformation and breakthroughs.

ATTIRE: Emerald Green/Blue dress. The color green relates to balance and harmony. From a color psychology perspective, it is the great balancer of the heart and the emotions, creating equilibrium between the head and the heart.

VENUE: Industrial and Urban Setting.  This photo shoot symbolizes (blasting through concrete urban edge) from my days of working full time in Boston and shifting to embodying my softer, greener, feminine side, which was always there but covered in an urban setting, compounded with suppressed and untapped potential. The industrial setting also lends to the threads of my lineage which were the hardworking, productive, and loyal employees.

ENERGY: Green is an emotionally positive color, giving us the ability to love and nurture ourselves and others unconditionally. To me it symbolizes coming back to my innate and natural state.

FEMININE GIFTS: The growth that happened this past cycle is like a flower busting through concrete. It took a bit of time for me to return to my feminine. I was living in a ‘hard’ and masculine way of life.  Little rest.  Lots of anxiety and depression and no room for creativity and joy.

NEW PACE OF LIFE: The Slow backdrop is symbolic to my transformation and creating a new pace of life for myself and my family.  You can see both the feminine and the nature of urban / lines / and the generations of my hardworking lineage (in the background of the industrial setting). Through this photo shoot, it embodies myself in the raw, vulnerable and the original state of my being. I found the free and empowered child.

MY WHY + PURPOSE: It is weaved in.  The urban, chic, industrial feel juxtaposes the innate nature of myself which is nurturer, counselor, lover of nature, creative, spiritual, truth seeker, empath, intuitive and coach.

It’s no wonder Green is a favorite color of mine. Green is a color pervasive in the natural environment that says renewing, refreshing and regenerating.  It represents balance, growth, learning, and harmony.

Have you ever been through a year of growth? Have you seen pictures of yourself after you grew and made changes?

The process of growth, change and transformation can be painful, uncomfortable and come with lots of discomfort.  It also comes with incredible forms of creativity and freedom. As you can see these photos brought out my gifts, my creativity, the elements of myself in its natural state.

So if you’re ready to commit to yourself and find your way back to you, join me for this ride, book a discovery call and let’s do this!

Happy Summer!  Can’t wait to see what is in store for you!

Xo Christine
